ÁSLAUG MAGNÚSDÓTTIR
CO FOUNDER AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Dubbed "fashion's fairy godmother" by Vogue and named one of the 100 Most Creative People in Business 2012 by Fast Company, Áslaug brings business acumen and a distinctive eye for style to the company. Prior to launching M’O, Áslaug co-founded TSM Capital with retail legend Marvin Traub. Previously, Áslaug was Head of Venture Business at Baugur Investment Company and worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co. Áslaug’s career began in Iceland, where she was a corporate and tax attorney at Deloitte. A Fulbright Scholar, Áslaug holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an LLM from Duke University School of Law, and a degree in Law from the University of Iceland.
LAUREN SANTO DOMINGO
CO FOUNDER AND CREATIVE DIRECTOR
A Vogue Contributing Editor, Lauren is hailed as one of the most influential style setters of her generation. She brings her extensive experience and deep relationships within the industry, providing the creative vision behind the M’O experience. Lauren grew up in Greenwich, Connecticut, and attended University of Southern California. She then moved to New York to pursue a career in fashion, working first as an Assistant and later Associate Market Editor for Vogue. One of the most keenly watched women in New York, Lauren’s personal style has been an inspiration to editors, designers, and street style blogs alike. Lauren lives in New York with her husband, Andres Santo Domingo, and two children.

TAYLOR TOMASI HILL
ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
As Artistic Director, Taylor is responsible for styling shoots, curating the M’O experience, and integrating the M’O magazine into the e-commerce platform. Formerly, Taylor worked as Style and Accessories Director at Marie Claire, forecasting trends, overseeing the shopping pages, and selecting all accessories. Prior to Marie Claire, she spent four years as Accessories Director at Teen Vogue. Taylor studied Industrial Design at Pratt Institute and began her career as an accessories assistant at W Magazine.
INDRE ROCKEFELLER
DIRECTOR OF READY-TO-WEAR
Indre oversees the company’s growing portfolio of designer ready-to-wear brands. She spearheads the sourcing of new design talent in the category and manages the company’s existing brand partnerships. Ms. Rockefeller began her career as Assistant to the Editor in Chief at Vogue. Most recently, Indre was the Fashion Director of luxury online retailer ModeWalk. She is a graduate of Stanford Business School.
