The Ritual Shampoo

• Depending on your hair type, brushing dry prior to washing makes for a cleaner cleanse and helps to loosen the kinds of things you want to get rid of: dirt, skin, sweat, sebum, and product buildup.
• Start at the crown of your head and work your way around in long, even strokes.
• Thoroughly wet hair and work The Ritual Shampoo—just enough to cover your scalp—through strands and rinse.
• If desired, repeat with a second shampoo for a two-step ritual. The first wash breaks down oils and buildup; the second rinses them out and creates a richer lather.
• Follow with The Ritual Conditioner.
