Christian Restoin launched Equipment in 1975, introducing menswear-inspired pieces to fashionable females everywhere. Inspired by Hollywood icons like Katharine Hepburn and Lauren Bacall, his silk shirts are now icons in their own right. Today, Serge Azria of Current/Elliott fame serves as CEO and Creative Director of the label, which stays true to the original concept—but with a modern edge.
