Akua Objects was founded in 2022 in Copenhagen by Annika Zobel Agerled and Josefine Arthur with a vision to create glassware as poetic objects.

The Akua Objects Gabriel Collection is a line of handmade glass Christmas ornaments, designed to capture the essence of winter and the spirit of Christmas, with each piece representing a celebration of family bonds; the collection is named after the designer Josefine Frank Arthur's oldest brother, Gabriel, who embodies the idea of family connection across generations.
