Established in 1938 in Varazze, Italy, Lavoratti is a journey to discover the flavors of the Mediterranean through chocolate.
Inspired by the Futurist ceramics invented by Tullio d’Albisola in the mid-1920s, the Lavoratti 1938 'Sphere' is a limited edition work of art by master potter and painter, Torido Mazzotti. Housed in a ceramic vessel signed by the artist, the 'Sphere' is comprised of 80% single-origin chocolate and arancia (orange) from an ancient citrus grove in the Valle della Kolymbethra that dates back to the 6th century B.C.

- Ingredients: Chocolate 60% minimum. Ingredients: cocoa paste, cocoa butter, full fat powder milk, sugar, Orange from the Valley of Temples (1.1%), orange essential oil (0.1%), emulsifier (non-GMO soy lecithin), ground biscuit (wheat flour, malt extract (barley)). May contain traces of nuts.
