Ritual Tea Ceremony For Two, With Rachel Bu
You’re invited to participate in a tea ceremony for two with jewelry artist Rachel Bu of Authorne. Over the 2-hour experience, the artist and jewelry designer will share the unique stories behind her iconic Motifs and her biographically-laden sculptural objects that function as wearable heirlooms.
At the end of the ritual ceremony, participants will receive a small 18k gold & diamond pendant from Authorne’s newest holiday collection to bring home as part of this experience. Surrounded by a curated selection of Authorne’s jewelry collections, in addition to sketches and preparatory design collages, participants will have the opportunity to draw inspiration from the designs that surround them and envision their very own bespoke jewelry piece, should they so choose.
Should participants wish to proceed with commissioning a bespoke design, the artist will outline next steps.
The Experience will include:
- A ritual tea ceremony for two led by Rachel Bu
- Curated display of Authorne’s bespoke jewelry pieces and collections, in addition to behind-the-scenes process drawings and collages
- 18k gold & diamond pendant from new Holiday Collection as a gift
- A courtesy design consultation to discuss prospective bespoke commissions, should you wish to
