The High Wasited Pleated Striped-Cotton Trousers

Launched in 2013 by New York fashion photographer Randall Bachner, slow fashion label Marrakshi Life takes key style elements from the traditional Moroccan wardrobe and reworks them for contemporary life. Its designs are cut and sewn by an in-house team of local artisans in its Marrakesh atelier using age-old practices to hand-weave raw cotton on warp/ weft flatbed looms.

The High Waisted Pleated Trouser is a wide leg, relaxed silhouette, handwoven from cotton yarns in the Marrakech Atelier. This pant is adorned with a fixed button waist and zip fly, side seam pockets, and pleats with an exaggerated wide leg.
