The cowl of the skirt is organic, folding into the skirt and falling naturally to the hip. The wearer can adjust to their liking. The skirt is held up with an adjustable strap. The strap is to be placed over the wearer’s right shoulder and adjusted to their preferred length. The skirt was designed with the idea that the point of the cowl would be pulled up to just below the bust - this allows for the most dramatic cowl.
