Informed by artifacts from different cultures and eras, shapes, and contexts, designer Sapir Bachar's collections bridge familiarity and new. Bachar experiments with materials, like sterling silver — a material used from the bible to modernism — as well as gold, semi-precious stones, and leather, playing with themes of mysticism and timelessness.
Handmade locally from polished sterling silver, the 'Echo' choker features links suspended from a single snake chain that coils around the neck like the mythical image of a serpent.
