Marathon Trail Sneakers

Founded by Christoffer Brattin and Fredrik Johansson, the under-the-radar Swedish sneaker brand pays homage to retro footwear — its designs are made using vintage shoe molds sourced from an old Slovakian shoe factory.

A favorite of Rei Kawakubo, the 'Marathon Trail' sneakers have a low-top design based on a ’70s running shoe. They feature hand-cut rubber soles with uppers made from suede, leather, and the same kind of nylon that automotive companies use for air bags.
